This gorgeous Lake Wylie home was such a fun remodel project. We channeled a coastal, modern farmhouse and it turned out better than we ever could’ve imagined. There’s plenty of room to entertain: from the kitchen overlooking the water, to the downstairs bar with fold-out doors to the pool and patio. The master bath is worthy of royalty, where you can get ready for a big day and unwind after it’s over. There is splendor and charm around every corner of this home.

Montclaire Masterpiece
Montclaire is one of our favorite neighborhoods in Charlotte. Although, it’s definitely because we’re biased! Our family has a few branches here and more than a few roots.
