Spain Construction is a small, family-owned residential construction firm. We have been in business for over 50 years, which has allowed us to perfect our craft and solidify our standing as Charlotte's premier design + build firm.
Our team works with you from conception through full project completion--no design idea is too crazy, and we love the challenge of designing a new space. We work on diverse projects in predominately high-end, residential market sectors and pride ourselves on our technical expertise; we are committed to exceeding our clients' expectations.
